Upload the payment export you already download from Venmo, Zelle or your bank, and keep your student roster here. The matcher proposes the student for each payment, with the rule that matched it and the months or lessons the amount covers. What its rules cannot settle it holds back for you. It moves no money and books nothing: you confirm.

Currencies: the matcher reads the currency column of your export, or the symbol in the amount. Money of two currencies is never added: if your file holds more than one, it says so and holds every payment, so split the file by currency.
What "expected" means: expected is your own number, the monthly rate times the months billed. The matcher reads no calendar and counts no lessons given. When you give a billing period, a payment dated outside it is left out and the report says so. Every line is a proposal: you confirm it.
Say which student a payer belongs to. The payer name goes into your roster, so next month the matcher settles it by itself.
